DOXA women's ministry

The purpose of this ministry is to help women establish gospel-focused relationships with other women, learn to think biblically, and apply biblical principles to all relationships and circumstances.  We also encourage the formation of spiritually meaningful relationships--between two or more women who meet regularly outside of the monthly meetings for encouragement, exhortation, accountability, and prayer. It is our desire that each woman will be equipped, enriched, educated, and encouraged!  Email Jen for more information.

We hope you're ready to dive into Ephesians--using the methods we practiced last year! This letter centers on God’s comprehensive plan of salvation accomplished through Christ and its implications for Christian unity and conduct. A major theme addresses the reconciliation of Jews and Gentiles. Gentiles, once separated from Israel’s covenant promises, have been brought near through Christ’s blood. Christ himself “is our peace,” having “broken down the dividing wall of hostility” and created one unified community from formerly divided groups. This unity reflects the letter’s overarching vision: God’s redemptive plan encompasses all believers regardless of background, calling them into both spiritual blessing and transformed living that reflects their heavenly identity.
The meeting dates are:
